I made an appointment a year in advance and even received a text message verifying my date and time for my appointment. Days before my appointment I received a notification appointment reminder and my appointment changed without anyone notifying me. Nobody asked if the new appointment time would work, I was never asked for permission to change my appointment, and I was never even received a notification that my appointment changed to a different time. I made an appointment for urgent care for 11:10am. I waited for an hour and then inquired as to status. I then was told that my appointment had been changed by the charge nurse to 12:30, and there was no communication with me. When I inquired, I was told that I could just cancel. Absolutely the worst service with no empathy for the situation at hand.

Presbyterian in Santafe is excellent! I've never had to wait long and everyone there is so friendly! I recommend Presbyterian in Santafe to everyone!

I received excellent care from my last PCP at this practice. My son and I both received excellent care the several times we needed to utilize the Urgent Care clinic while living in Santa Fe and traveling there from Taos. All staff was professional, supportive, and great at their jobs.
