I received excellent care from my last PCP at this practice. My son and I both received excellent care the several times we needed to utilize the Urgent Care clinic while living in Santa Fe and traveling there from Taos. All staff was professional, supportive, and great at their jobs.
I deeply regret not consulting these reviews before choosing my primary care physician. The accessibility of care and prescriptions are major concerns. While I sometimes get prompt responses, I’ve also been denied new prescriptions despite filling previous ones. Regardless of how frequently I visit, I’m told I need an in-person review of potential side effects, but I’m never given explanations for new prescriptions during my doctor’s visits. Couldn’t access the building bc I didn’t have my mobility aide and instead of making a simple accommodation nurse just turned me away. Bruh it’s 2024
Went in for a New Patient Appointment to get established with a provider at Presbyterian. With my insurance this is supposed to be a fully covered expense. At the end of my check-up the NP asked if there was anything else she could do for me. My current prescription for heartburn medication had lapsed at the time so I asked if I could get a script for it. No work-up was done whatsoever regarding said heartburn. Come to find out me asking for a prescription for my heartburn pills allowed Presbyterian to change my billing code... read more
