Wow the receptionist in labs is super late, I'm hear waiting people are lined up and the receptionist and lab tech are still getting coffee, very unprofessional and disheartening to show up early to wait until 830 to get my lab work done, it's not like I have kids in school and a career.
Currently pregnant did a genetic test and trying to get my husband blood work done. I spoke with a nurse who is very helpful but I spoke with two people one female, who was very rude over the phone and this morning and male was very rude and not helpful. I was expecting a bad experience because my past experiences with doctors have not been wonderful. However, the staff was very helpful, the environment is cheerful, and the interaction I was seen very quickly. 5 stars.
