Been in Albuquerque since September 2024 and have used this location seeing Dr. Tracey and using lab there for blood work. Have received excellent medical care, caring staff who are all kind and very friendly! Dr. Tracey really listens and explains things clearly. Very thankful for this location and wonderful experience I’ve had! Also is extremely clean and has quick self check in and nice seating in wait area.
Staff very polite and wait time is close to none.
Sharon Gateley, NP and Nurse Shunda are an amazing team. My family and I have been taken care of by Sharon for nearly 10 years - since our previous (wonderful) PCP left the state. Sharon is very attentive, clear, and communicative. She treats every patient with personal care, which is sorely lacking in so many services, medical and otherwise. Clean, quick, friendly. Had to get a timed test done for myself and the team was very helpful since tricore at lovelace was down. They stuck me once when it was time and were swift in drawing with no issues or re-stickng needed. The only thing issue we had was a worker sitting on her phone at her station instead of working after leaving us waiting for almost 30min on my timed test. Especially since we had to go back to lovlace for another appointment after
