I had to make an appointment to have Something checked on that really scares me. I must've spoken to the most empathetic and sweetest receptionist in Albuquerque. She explained updates to the schedule process and helped me do exactly what I need help with. I almost cried after the call because she was so kind and helpful.
Best place to have a primary care doctor. I've got everything I need to take care of for myself done here for years. Staff are nice and helpful here.
No one ever called me to confirm my appointment. I arrived and couldn't find the right building, and when I called to ask for help no one answered. I walked in 9 minutes late, and as I was trying to use their computer system to check in it turned 10 minutes. They refused to check me in even though I wasn't past 10 minutes late. They had no empathy whatsoever toward me. I had to make this appointment over 6 months ago, and all they said was they they could reschedule. I can't wait another 6 months for an appointment. I was really disappointed with family doctors. Past i had an issue with the nose doctor was giving medication instead of sending me to ENT. I finally found a better doctor who takes care of patients seriously.
