Well, we found ourselves in the ER after an encounter with a horrible stomach bug. My GF was the patient. We just wanted to say our experience felt good. Nurse Ali and Tech Susanna were calming and empathetic. Dr. Kanner and the other, sorry I forgot, were also very kind and willing to help. Fortunately, this has been our only visit to an ER and we were passing through town. So, thank you Espanola.
Took my mother to the ER. She is 90. We were there because Mom had a terrible cough and had pain in her stomach. I was asked to not leave the exam room. Not to open the door. I myself was in pain and getting anxious. I had shicatica pain. I opened the door and noticed in another exam room something was going on. There were about 10 people in a room. My emergency visit at the espanola hospital was as expected good service they send me for all the test needed to diagnose me. I want to thank Rebecca the nurse that took care of me in the ER . had to spend the night at the hospital all the nurses that took care of me were great a big thanks on taking really good care of me thank you Lory, Alice, rose, lisa, andrea.
The staff, nurses and Drs. were very accommodating and informative. They helped my husband out in a timely manner.
