Dr. Seema was great and patient through the whole process with our infant.
Everyone at PEI made me feel so cared for and so positive about tending to my ear health. Adriana at the front desk is so lovely and Dr. Sisson and Michelle took such good care of me.
12 years ago I got a cochlear implant. It restored my life!! Dr. Horn said it is a miracle and he is absolutely right. For these 12 years I have been fortunate enough to have Chris Epstein as my audiologist. She is highly professional and simply a great person. She has made my hearing journey an incredible experience. I can't thank her enough and I recommend her and PEI highly.
Dr LaGree did an awesome job with our 2 month old! She was quick and thorough. She explained everything. We would highly recommend her!
I attempted to make my mother an appointment here because she’s been losing her Hearing for years. The response I received was like having a door slammed in my face. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and responded to their cold message, letting them know we had a second type of Insurance… again I received another very short, cold response… it felt like a dire slam in the face.
