I worked there in the dietary dept with fine dining services from 03/2008 to 12/2009. I helped setup the serving line,the dessert areas, beverage area, and the salad bar. I done this same kind of job skills at King bridge retirement communities in Georgia .The residence and most of the staff were nice. They have a dining room manager,a nutritionist and dietician. Not enough pay to get treated a way

Giving a 2 start rating because the employees aren't treated fairly nor are they paid fairly. The work environment is hostile and toxic. The residents are allowed to talk to the staff any way they feel, even if the staff is treating them with the upmost respect. No matter how hard you would work, it just wasn't enough.

I'm very excited about working at The Villages. The atmosphere is lovely, the people are kind and well mannered. The food is well prepared, the dining hall has lovely table settings. Staff is gracious and well organized.
