My wife had the worst experience today at this location. She says “After our program, I was getting a ride home from a woman named Mary Noren, who was part of our World Friendship group—a group that brings women together from different backgrounds to share their knowledge and experiences. Unfortunately, Mary Noren acted in a racist and discriminatory way toward me, seemingly just because I am a Muslim woman with a job that she disagreed with. Went there for a church dinner. They serve free dinner on Tuesdays at 6 PM and breakfast on Wednesdays at 7:30. They provide dine-in and take out options.
Every Tuesday evening we serve up about 60-70 hot meals. The volunteers make up tasty casseroles and salads with bread and dessert sides. Friendly family atmosphere.
