DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! My boyfriend was recommended by a doctor to go here. He went here to get a potentially cancerous lump on his neck looked at and went in to setup an appointment, gave insurance and setup a profile with them, then was told that they can’t help him!! He was told that he would need an ultrasound but they wouldn’t give it to him even though that was the whole reason why he was there. They're very friendly and very accommodating if you're late they kind of help you out they've done an outstanding job taking care of me
If I could give zero stars, I would. Please DO NOT send your loved one here if you can help it, they took horrible care of my mother after a bout with a rare pneumonia that almost killed her. Administration purposely understaffs this place and the nurses and techs are run ragged. My mother was belittled and yelled at by techs multiple times during her stay. PT doesn’t come on time, if they ever show up at all. We were in contact with supervisors at least half a dozen times during her stay due to poor standards of care, rude ... read more
