When we first toured the facility, the front desk and staff seemed friendly and welcoming. I had 2 dogs boarding for a week and one of them is blind and one of them was on meds. I thought i would get updates on them but didn’t until I asked for an update. This was our first time boarding them too. They finally sent an email with pictures but no real update on anything. I would highly recommend Preppy Pet Richmond for both daycare and grooming. They have great pricing and are easy to work with. When i’m busy I love knowing that my dog Dottie is in good hands.
Our baby boy Junior LOVES going to daycare and he loves the staff. He looks forward to spending his day there and his favorite is the splash pad and playing with other pups. Highly recommend!
