I absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, caring, and professional — I always feel at ease knowing my pet is in such good hands. The service is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly love animals and go above and beyond to make them comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough!

I WOULD NEVER AGAIN LEAVE MY PET HERE. He came home sick, dehydrated and traumatized. He behaved differently, was scared, stopped barking, stopped eating, couldn’t open his right eye. It was totally red. I dont know what he had to experience there. Update : I had to take him to urgent care at night, after noticing that he is not opening his right eye at all, not moving and not eating at all. We’ve been going to preppy pet for year and we’ve always had a wonderful experience! The girl at the front desk is very sweet and has always explained everything fully to us. My dogs love going there for grooms and daycare. We’ve even boarded with them and when we come get them they are always happy and well taken care of.

I boarded my two cats (yes they are older) for five days here. They had just had their vet checkups and were fine. My male cat is very vocal and of course when going there he told me about myself but he was fine. I called every other day to see how they were doing and I was always told they were doing great. I picked my cats up yesterday and my male cat could barely move. He was very lethargic and emaciated.....in such a short time.
