We have been coming to Preppy Pet Richmond for grooming for 3 months and have been very happy with the job our groomer has done on our two Yorkies Lacy and Jake. I also bring our Rottweiler Maverick in for bathing. The staff have been nothing but accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions. It is not a fancy spa or resort for pets, but they get the job done at a more reasonable price and I can appreciate that. My babies looove Preppy Pet Richmond!! We've been boarding with them for years and always have a great experience! I bring them all the way from North Katy and pass several other places-that's how much we love this place!
We have been using Preppy Pet Richmond for boarding for over two years and have never had a single issue. The prices are excellent, but the best part is seeing how excited our dog gets whenever we arrive—they truly love it here! We always appreciate the updates provided during the stay, and adding a departure bath is a must; our pet always comes home happy, tired, and smelling perfectly clean. It is such a relief to have a boarding spot we can fully trust after all this time. Highly recommend.
