I just picked up my dog today from boarding with Preppy Pet. We boarded our dog for 6 nights. When we picked him up, he had half of his food left, which I can understand because he was scared. I also noticed a cut on his shoulder. He was bit by another dog that was at the facility. I was not notified of the incident, which pisses me off to the max, nor did they tell me about it when I got there. I had to ask them about it right before we walked out the door. My name is Mary and I am raving about Preppy Pet. My dog King have been boarding for 9 months because my apartment at the time did not accept dogs over 25lbs. I have to thank Kay and the owner for their patience and understanding when it came to payments and visits. I would also like to thank the staff for the loving care they gave to King. ATTENTION!!!!!!!Dear dog owners, if you love your fury one don't choose this facility. Otherwise read very carefully the fine print!,,,, They charge you with service you never receive, they destroy your pillow and toys which you brought for you dog to make the time for your dog more comfortable. When you pick up your dog, -very important- check your bill and let explain the service. Therefore check the stuff you brought in........... They wash all dog toys, pillows and blankets..... I was so nervous about having to leave my Mojo for the first time somewhere. They were amazing about making me comfortable even when I called to check on him (like a neurotic mother). I strongly recommend them to everyone. Mojo is a chihuahua and he came home happy and healthy. Thank You Preppy Pet!!!!!

Great place. The staff here always spoil my lucy. I have used this facility for two years and was there dropping my girl off when this person was there. She was totally rude and mad because of the cc machine was not working then finding any fault starting going off on the staff about a collar. I did see her dogs and they looked fine with me. The owner tried to calm her down and heard she even gave a discount for the collar even though I know any boarding facility is not responsible for lost items from using other facilities ... read more

I love taking my dog here as he is just so excited when we pull in parking lot. Wonderful staff and manager as they tend to my dog's special needs. I would not take him or trust him with anyone else. We have been using this location for 3 years. Thanks again guys.
