I've boarded my dog at several places over the years but Preppy Pet is the only one where he isn't scared on the way in and anxious on the way out. They have a lot of good people working there if a timid dog like mine is happy to stay.

This is the first time that I used a place to board my pets and it wont be the last, ".Preppy Pet" took great care of my dogs and they were not stressed out when I picked them up . I will be a long time customer at Preppy Pet..
If I could give negative stars I would. These people do not care about your pets. If they did they would let people know about the flu going around and at the very least advise them of said situation. From there the owner/owners can then make that decision. However, this place tells you nothing. Has you sign a "do no harm" form so when your pet gets hit with the flu and dies, they just say "oh well". Y'all should be ASHAMED of yourselves! At the very least, you should contribute half of the cost for the funeral arrangements ... read more
I had the privilege of seeing Preppy Pets from the inside last week. I was there painting the entire interior of the building. I am a dog lover and owner, and I can honestly say I was blown away by the entire operation. It may sound a little corny, but I was amazed at how much these people really love the dogs in their care. Every dog was treated like it was their own. They talked to them, played with them, and Dan the owner seemed to know every single dog by name!!
