I hired Patricia to help as a day (month) of coordinator. She was able to be in touch with the venue and all the vendors to acquire insurance and to make sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when day of. We had a lot of different vendors including dancers, an aerialist, roulette table and live artist and she was able to put together the perfect timeline so things flowed smoothly and guests were able to enjoy each performance without feeling rushed.
