Prepped Eats Meal Meal Prep & Catering have been a lifesaver for go to meals. I've tried different meal prep services in the area and this one stands above all. Always available when I have a question or concern. They go above and beyond for the customer. Meals are fresh and delicious! Delivery services are amazing as well. One thing I would suggest and doesn't impact my rating, is have new meal options frequently. It feels like the same meals every week and would like more options and variety. Would like to try new recipes.

YUMMMMMM!!! I have been ordering from Prepped Eats for a few years and each time they really deliver on quality and flavor (also, they deliver). It is so convenient to choose meals, have them delivered to my front door, and not have to worry about going to the grocery store that week. My husband and I are so busy so this makes healthy eating low effort. A lot of meals are already in various fitness trackers so it’s a great way to track my macros without having to put much thought into it. Not to mention the food is SO GOOD!!... read more
