Prepped's prepared meals are fresh, delicious and homestyle. Very enjoyable, haven't had a meal I haven't liked. It helps to know that Lacy puts time and effort into preparing and planning the meals with the environment, nutrition and health in mind. Highly recommend!
I started with Prepped because my high schooler son was trying to gain muscle and I needed help providing him with clean high protein meals. What I found was the answer to nights when there were just 2 of us and I had no desire to cook. We could have fresh, pre-portioned, clean meals ready to go. It's like having a personal chef. Nothing processed. Nothing canned. Just great food.
