Worst tax preparer experience I've had. I went to him 3 months ago and not once have I received any money from my return. I called him, he spoke to me once. I have called, left voice-mails and texted him many times since then, and he is actively ignoring me. It is in very poor taste to take someone's money and ignore them, not seeing through to delivered promises.
