We invited Chris to provide Active Shooter Preparedness training to our staff. He is a captivating and engaging speaker, and made this very serious topic compelling and memorable. While the main topic was Active Shooter Preparedness, there was great information provided that can be applied to other threat situations and emergencies and I know that our staff came away with real strategies they can use if they ever need. I had the pleasure of presenting with Chris Marciano in partner with his Prepare to Act Workshop. I'll have to say, it is a compelling topic that every business with employees needs to hear as well as anything he offers outside of the workplace. Chris recently presented to our SHRM chapter. Besides the importance of the content of the presentation, Chris was engaging, interactive and passionate about the topic. He gave realistic scenarios that were eye opening and really made you evaluate your workplace and what could go wrong.
