I can’t tell you how long I’ve been searching for a good meal prep/meal delivery service! I was honestly almost in tears - I’ve wanted to prep again for so long and life always seems to get in the way. I ordered several shrimp bowls with Brussel sprouts and cauliflower rice, and a couple of chicken kabobs. Everything was delicious. The seasoning was perfect and the portions are on point. I can’t thank you enough for this amazing service! ♥️

So let me start by saying Prep-it -Up catering is A1. I enjoy eating all of her cooking. The salads are amazing and really healthy. The main dishes are delicious. And the detox water are refreshing. I enjoy everything about her. Keep up the good. Will be ordering again soon.
