A great place to work out with an amazing group of people. The morning adult classes are fantastic. The trainers take the time to make sure you are safe while pushing you for personal gains. I cannot say enough positive things about the community at Prep. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, these guys can take you to the next level.
Great local gym with a fantastic atmosphere! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each person improve. The community here is encouraging, and the classes keep workouts fresh and fun. Highly recommend if you're looking for a motivating and well-rounded gym experience!
