This place is very unprofessional. The manager or person in charge is the only person in this place who seems they actually enjoy what they do. The lady who does pedicures is going to bring this place down unfortunately. Does not greet her customers, has a nasty attitude, and does a half fast job and asks clients to come in earlier for her convenience. I don’t recommend this company, unprofessional staff, I felt as if they didn’t want to service me based on literally their conversation in Spanish with each other. I didn’t feel invited regardless of how nice it looks in there. I was given the silent treatment on both my appointments today. I went there today at 1pm w/ Shelbi. I had to still wait because she was doing a mani for someone else, so she actually was not ready to receive me at 1pm.
