I called to make an appointment for the same day. I was looking to get a pedicure and have two toes done in acrylic. My appointment was scheduled for 1130. I showed up and explain to them about the acrylic and they did that and then proceeded to tell me that the Two toes they had acrylic on we’re going to be $30. My wife went too this salon in Nogales and I’m very disappointed in this unprofessional salon…. I can’t believe that these girls are so rude and talking about their problems this is not right! Then changing the price when done is a fraud!!!!! The owner is very unprofessional and should have knowledge in a business, Nogales is small as it is and trying to keep the business open would be very necessary in the world we live in. Very friendly, relaxing and clean place!
We just moved into the area. My wife went there with my daugther for a gel nail service and the end result was extremely disappointed. The owner must review the level of knowledge and skills from each tech currently working there. This could significantly impact your business image and performance. Based on my wife experience and after seeing the end results we cannot recommend this place and we will not be coming back. I'm sorry to say this but this was a total waste of money. Got a pedicure here yesterday and it was a horrible experience, my toe was cut horribly where the cuticle area is to the point it would not stop bleeding. I ALWAYS GET WHITE TOES, I have never had the worst paint done in my life they look like my toddler did them and I would add a pic but they’re honestly EMBARRASSING. I would ask for a refund but I’m sure I will not get one. Not returning again, just sad since there isn’t many salons in Nogales but I will be going somewhere else to FIX this.
