Prep Kitchen has incredible equipment (pretty much anything you could possibly need). The facility is always clean and managers wonderful to work with. It's been an absolute necessity for me and getting my small food truck business off the ground.
We have been using Prep for the last year and can’t say enough good things about it. They have the best equipment of any commissary space we have rented in Bend. Also, it’s the cleanest!! We all know how important and hard to find a clean kitchen is. Prep is well managed too. They always find away to get everyone time in the kitchen. Highly recommend!
The facility at Prep is a great place for a start up business. The layout is well thought out and an amazing amount of support is provided by the staff at Prep. I don't know how we would have made it through our first year without them!
