Communicating with Tim was efficient and top-notch. Of course our pool pump decided to freak out the day before the 2025 DFW snowstorm. With 24hrs to go, Tim immediately helped square us away with an option to fix at a decent cost. His team member, Daniel arrived with a smile and positive attitude. Took only about an hour, and the job was complete and the new pool motor seems to be working efficiently, smooth and very quiet. It’s only been 5-minutes, but so far I am happy with the service received. Thank you Tim & Daniel.
This company is the BEST! We needed two pool motors at one time. One for our filter pump, and one for our waterfall. All of the pool companies came back with the same price, about $1000 to rebuild a motor. Not only did this company save us a LOT of money, but we got a variable speed motor for our waterfall so it's super pretty and soothing at various speeds. Tim is “the man” to get your pool up again at fair prices with quality parts and workmanship. Once you find out the solution to exorbitant prices for every pool repair, you’ll appreciate Tim more and more. Having gone through new pump motors all too often, switching to good used motors made great sense for me. Let others pay 5-6x for new and you’ll be enjoying your pool.
