Although I waited far too long for my appointment date to finally arrive (the queue is pretty unreal at 1.5 years), the experience I had was top notch. From the front desk staff to the team of technologists, I just felt at ease the entire time, not unlike a spa appointment. Full body scan completed in December. Appt for review is in March. They offer no path to getting a faster debrief of the body scan. Completely unacceptable for high cost private care that claims to offer exceptional customer service and experience. No options for speaking with someone sooner, just the same message over and over again - they are busy and have no sooner availability.
