The public healthcare system in BC is failing miserably and Prenuvo is a ray of sunshine that gives me hope. Thank you so much for the excellent service and professionalism.
Their customer service is so bad! They are a big American company happy to take your money but when it comes time to ask about intake forms or follow ups or what things mean they are completely absent. Extreme disorganization on their end. Feels like it’s a startup or something. Who is in charge ? No clue. Who is following up? No clue. Felt like a waste of money and the failure was the people not the product.
