The staff was kind and informative on how to approach an MRI. I have done enough not to be stressed or claustrophobic but the staff showed an approach that I am sure would make any client confident to get through it no matter how worried.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The service was extremely expensive, with a cost of around $5,000 simply to determine what was wrong, yet I felt the process and communication were misleading. When someone is paying that amount for a medical evaluation, they deserve clear explanations, attentive staff, and a process that genuinely helps identify the underlying problem. I have had a painful bump for almost 2 years, my doctors have had me do 3 ultrasounds coming back with no findings. Due to the pain I decided to go with an MRI. They were able to find the cause of my pain and give me peace of mind, despite still having the pain. They also found other things that I knew bothered me but would not have guessed was easily seen on the MRI. I was able to book my MRI in a week. The Prenuvo scan saved my life and the future quality of my future life span. I'm so happy I made the decision to do it. My doctors and specialist could not find what the Prenuvo scan found. Eternally grateful for the technology and the ease of the process!!

My mom had a whole body MRI due to numerous post-surgery health issues. Her results exposed some possible lung issues, which might be the reason for some of the issues she's been encountering. They have recommended a CT Scan of her lung...at least we're on the road to possible resolution, which would not have been possible without this whole body MRI.
