Check in was quick and easy and when I needed a couple of breaks, the tech was very kind and accommodating. They really do their best to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible.
The office was very clean, comfortable and all the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend Prenuvo as part of your preventative healthcare regimen.
Excellent, professional experience. Excellent onboarding and process. Both Angie, the patient care concierge, and Jordan, the MRI technologist were flawless in their explanations and instructions. Directions and parking were a breeze.
I have had a lot of MRIs and CT scans in my life, this time it was a whole body scan, and the folks there in the experience was absolutely exceptional. And I don’t make many recommendations on virtually anything.
As soon as you enter the reception area you are greeted with a smile and a modern comfortable waiting room. With snacks, drinks & coffee. My MRI was comfortable and she walked me through the whole process. Being able to watch a movie made the time fly by. She checked on me often and made sure I was ok. Over all a great experience.
