Prompt, courteous and clean. Normally, a bit claustrophobic but being able to watch Netflix did away with my fears.
The facilities were clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. And, MRI tech was so calm, informative, efficient and encouraging.
Having never had an MRI I was a little nervous. But the clinic was well appointed and comfortable and Travis my tech took such good care of me. The MRI bed was memory foam and I nearly fell asleep watching Netflix. It was an effortless experience, and without a doubt based on all the horror stories friends had shared with me earlier, the BEST way to get an MRI.
Prenuvo it’s a great facility. Nice and clean. Snack bar. Waiting area was comfy and cozy. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide one of the services I needed but they didn’t stop April for making calls to other radiology offices until she found one that had an appointment for me. April is amazing! Kind and professional!
