The scan at Bethesda was good. But the customer support for a question was excruciating. The same number that was on all documents and websites told me they were not Customer Support and gave me invalid numbers to call. And they kept trying to sign me up for a promotion I declined 6 times. I ended up requesting a call back and had a chance to get my answer and vent my frustrations.
Super easy, comfortable, and the facility was very nice and relaxing. Almost like a spa environment. But the best part was the staff. Friendly, helpful, and immediately put you at ease.
This was my very first MRI / body scan. I can’t begin to thank the team at the Bethesda location enough for making this experience as relaxed and worry free as anyone could expect. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who has the financial means, and challenge health care providers to include this service as part of their healthcare plans.
I'd like to give a big thanks to Prenuvo and their fine technicians during my visit! I was accepted earlier than my appointment, they were clear and very kind. The receptionists were so warm and jovial but professional. It lasted about 50 minutes and at no time it was uncomfortable. They are indeed experts in their process! I'm still waiting on the results but feel so much secure knowing they have checked for any previously unknown issue. I will recommend their service to anyone! Bless the Prenuvo team, thank you!
