Cars are not checked ( points , plugs etc) before they are sold, ours had to have over £300 spent on it ( 4 months after we bought it), However after a letter to the garage they offered to pay 50% Rattle in door - which the garage offered to fix - free - as a gesture of goodwill, , Spec wasn’t exactly what was advertised - This garage clarified car specification when we asked to explain
Honest friendly car dealership. Paid a fair price for the car and received a very fair price for our part exchange.

I recently bought a Skoda Fabia from Prenton Motors and my experience with them was excellent, they go over and beyond with their great service even after you purchase your car, nothing was to much for them. I would highly recommend this garage and I would not hesitate to go back to purchase another car with them.
