Company sent an accent 1000. We had to wait a long time for it to arrive. Instructions were not complete, nor did they fix many bugs in the system, not could the tech fix the many bugs in the system. Device kept on turning off, not working, and causing us a lot of time. 5-Months later the device was returned and replaced with a new one. Again, Instructions were not complete, Children don t like the device because they are too big. And the Company expects you to keep the original shipping boxes forever to send the device back... read more
