It was an unfortunate decision to move into this residential complex. I was the victim of fraud. They rented me an apartment located above the heating boilers and hid this fact from me when I signed the contract. When they turned on the boilers on October 15, the temperature inside the apartment rose to 86°F, which affects my health and quality of life.
