Terrible customer service. Everyone up there is EXTREMELY rude. They don’t mail our bills out on time. For the last 3 months I had to harass them to find out how much my bill was before the shut off date. I didn’t get my last bill till the 15th and shutoff date is the 16th. Nobody answers the phone. They never fix their mistakes. There ignorant and extremely rude. I will be moving out of prentiss county soon if they are who I have to deal with to have power. I truly hate this company & the people in it.
First off let me start by saying how impressed I am with this company their service is not only reliable but dependable service as well. They have two packages to choose from and you get what you are promised with no caps on usage and their crews go out to fix the service if something which has rarely happened does happen to interrupt service the are on it immediately and they keep you updated on their Facebook page and the 24/7 customer service is always available to help with any problems that may arise and the friendly st... read more
