Lost our business, as of yesterday. My husband had a good experience the first time. We scheduled our son who is Autistic after speaking with J about it. First appointment was cancelled by staff saying they were stuck in the cities with a flat tire (ok, totally understandable and we respect that) However, yesterday, my husband was a few minutes late, due to construction and a hold up getting through from Sacred Heart to Granite Falls.
