Left my x5m competition in for a regular service. They broke the filter housing and it leaked oil around my yard. Said they couldn’t change the spark plugs as they weren’t in stock and on back order. however assured me I would be contacted as soon as they arrived. After waiting over 3 months I decided to call parts and lo and behold they had them. Think the service manager was called kyle. Will never be back again. Very unprofessional!!
