My husband was traveling 4 hours from home and our truck started leaking antifreeze . He had to stay in a hotel and he called Prentice Auto in the morning. They got him in right away. Extremely courteous and professional service. We were very thankful!

I had a car towered into prentice Auto Service so there was a issue. The timing chain slipped or broke on my terrain and yes he fixed it. 3 weeks or so ago but now it leaks oil. I called and he said bring it in and we'll fix it. I took it back in because when you pay 3,500 to get your car fixed it should be done right the first time! They looked at it for 5 minutes or so and called me back to the car in the shop and we both looked but to tell me I can't fix what I can't see....I explained the puddles it now leaves everywhere... read more
They did a great job repairing my vehicle. My vehicle needed a timely repair to get it back to good running condition. Prentice Auto fit me into their schedule and did the repairs needed. They were respectful, trustworthy, and my car is running great! Thank you!
