Excellent staff capable of addressing Trust and Will needs thoroughly and quickly. Very reasonable rates for a highly professional result. Highly recommend for those with difficult concerns.
UPDATE: We have deleted our initial review. We have been advised to modify this review due to intervention from the North Carolina Bar Association. Pursuant to the contract we signed with this law firm, they did provide the services we requested. However, their communication on procedures and case timeline throughout the process, as well as, failing to keep us well informed consistently on how our money was being spent throughout the process does not compliment the North Carolina Bar Association's rules of engagement with cl... read more
First off let me say that the law firm has an amazing staff. I am extremely satisfied with all the work I have requested. Estate planning and setting up a trust. Ana and her team are extremely professional and respectful. Best Estate attorney in Western North Carolina hands down.
Takes elderly’s money and doesn’t fulfill her end of the deal. I don’t do google reviews but I feel this one is important! Had a zoom meeting with Ana and it went great for my grandfather. A month later still no invoice from her to sign for his will and to redo other already legal documents. (This was her idea). Finally got invoice paid it and heard nothing for 3 months.
