Bob, Katie, Carolyn, Becky and all of the staff are the consummate professionals in their business. All decisions and recommendations are well thought out and professionally presented. Product and work is done on time and on budget with every detail finished to exact specifications. We could not give Prendergast a higher review. Well done!!!!

We had an involved and varied project, from simple painting to addition of a full new staircase, kitchen & bath remodels, and finish of raw basement space, as well as a full screened in porch! Prendergast combined an existing bathroom and closet to make a beautiful master bath and created a new walk-in closet in a section of my very large bedroom. They also built out a new full bathroom using an existing powder room and part of a large office space. The rest of the office was made into a very nice laundry room. They designed all the spaces, printed blueprints showing fixture locations and electrical outlets and switched. Their painter did a beautiful job. This company is slow as snails to even get a phone call with. Business must be good! I called about a month ago and was told I would get a call from Bob. Didn’t happen.
