This guy is insane. What he wants to charge for work is absolutely extortionate. Have spoken to four contractors already and without even looking at the property he is claiming that some simple changes to an existing home that can be done for 50k are going to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor, skip this guy and find someone who knows what the hell they are talking about and is not absolutely trying to rip you off.

Cheap low quality contractor after seeing their completed work.
Prendergast does quality work and owner Bob oversees each project starting with design to finish. I would definitely recommend them for any project you are needing.
