I’m very disappointed with my experience. I paid a deposit to secure an appointment, but the owner canceled and I requested a refund immediately, and it has now been almost three months with no deposit returned. I’ve reached out multiple times, and the communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. A business should honor its commitments, especially when the cancellation wasn’t the customer’s fault. I purchased a gift certificate for a prenatal massage for my sister- unfortunately, after some complications she had the baby early (on her scheduled massage day). I frequently get massages and was looking for a last minute appointment. I read the reviews and booked with Donna and OMG!!! She was absolutely amazing! I was so relaxed afterwards I had to take a nap. I will definitely be back!
