The process was easy-going, they sent us a kit, which arrived quickly, and gave us a referral to a nearby laboratory to do the blood collection. The service and process to get my DNA test was very quick and easy! The results were emailed on time and the customer service agents were always there to answer any questions I had regarding my results.
The laboratory provided us with everything we needed to safely complete our DNA test. They offered a blood draw location for us and customer service was able to assist the lab technicians with sample collection over the phone. Our results came back exactly as expected and we were able to test all potential fathers. Gender results were also an option which was an added bonus as we were hoping to do a quick gender reveal with close family and friends.
