I was pleased with the services of the Laboratory. The information I required was sent to me quickly and the process was simple and cost effective. I received the results as promised by the laboratory and I highly recommend their prenatal paternity service...
they have always been super responsive, polite and fast. The girl on the phone advised me on how to collect the samples. It was super easy. My partner decided to be on the safe side and did a paternity when the child is born somewhere else. The results matched for all testing. Family things are always complicated but they did a really good job
Wrong results. Results confirmed they were the father 2 years later he was not. Devastating for all families involved. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Save your self the money and go elsewhere. Update : Since you guys think I am making it up, I attached the results we were emailed as well as the DNA results from the court two years later. Thank you for good laboratory service. Also great customer service fast and very reliable company. I’ve got my results on time while my partner did a test with a different company and got the same results but 3x times slower. They basically made it all very smooth
