I received a result of establishing the paternity of my newborn child, which completely coincided with the result of the prenatal test that I took several months ago. We are very pleased, thank you very much! Very good lab.
I called ahead to confirm an OHIP-covered lab test and was told it was available, with no mention of fees. After rearranging my day and driving there, I was informed of extra charges. Staff dismissed my concern and showed no accountability. Very poor communication and disappointing service.

I paid for rushed results to calm everyone’s concern and they were delivered at the 5 days as promised. The lady who helped us with our entire case was very caring during the entire process.
