Went in for a last minute scan and we waited over an hour in the waiting room with a full blader, and it took a week of my midwife calling for results for them to respond. At that point I had already miscarried. The ultrasound techs were extremely nice though.
hello time 8am open but open afer 8:30 everytime , my appointment 8:00 clock its not good everybody complaint . pregnant lady how to stand up to 30 minutes?
The doctors are very patient and nice. And the follow up after my image is also helped. Anyway, it’s a satisfied experience overall.
I’ve called several times and days during regular business hours but have not been able to reach anyone. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but it’s important for patients to be able to speak with someone for scheduling or urgent concerns. I hope you’ll consider improving your phone response system soon. Thank you.
