Arrived to my 3pm appointment on time (staff at front desk was very rude) and sat in the waiting room for an hour. My husband had to question one of the nurses on when we will get seen. Once 4pm hit an ultrasound tech came and got us from the waiting area, where she proceeded to complain that they are behind schedule. Once in the room the tech refused to allow us to hear our baby's heartbeat, pressed on my stomach with extreme pressure to the point where my stomach was sore the next day. The ultrasound techs and doctors are great but the wait times are absurd! For my four different appointments the waiting room is always full and they are always behind schedule no matter what time of day
The ladies at the front are very rude. Whatever your time slot is suppose to be plan to be here an extra hour and a half. We have had 2 children and have had to come with both children. We wait anywhere from a half hour to an hour to go into the room. Get it together, you guys are an absolute MESS.
I want to thank my Ultrasound tech Patricia for being so kind to me and for taking the time to explain everything that was going on during my test. She was so thorough and thoughtful and immediately put me at ease as I had been worried about the test for a few days. Thank you again Patricia, you made such a difference in my care and I will always remember your kindness!
I scheduled my level 2 ultrasound MONTHS AGO for a 3 pm slot. They sent out a reminder stating my appointment is now at 2:30pm . When I called to double check Irina answered the call stated she could not help me but will transfer me to the schedulers… now why can’t you help me when you took the call. Why can’t you simply look into your schedule for the date I’m coming in and look at where the error occurred? Bc it’s “not your job”. People need a better attitude when working in the medical field.
