The nurses are great, wait times are short and they seem to be well organized.
They really deserve their low rating. I had three ultrasounds during my pregnancy and truly every aspect of this office needs significant improvement. Unfortunately there aren't great alternatives in the region, but I wish I avoided coming here and traveled to Boston or anywhere else, including outer space From absolute worst to pretty meh: - Reception staff are miserable and clearly hate where they work. Arrived to my 3pm appointment on time (staff at front desk was very rude) and sat in the waiting room for an hour. My husband had to question one of the nurses on when we will get seen. Once 4pm hit an ultrasound tech came and got us from the waiting area, where she proceeded to complain that they are behind schedule. Once in the room the tech refused to allow us to hear our baby's heartbeat, pressed on my stomach with extreme pressure to the point where my stomach was sore the next day. The ultrasound techs and doctors are great but the wait times are absurd! For my four different appointments the waiting room is always full and they are always behind schedule no matter what time of day
