Anthony is great. Their auto body work was fantastic. If you need auto body work you will want to call them.
I don't know why the people below rated it 5 stars, but I will definitely give it a 0 if there were this choice. Worst service ever. I have personally been there 4 times because they never call me back or send me quotes via any method, and I wasted 5 days on waiting for their so-called call-back service, or the call-you-to-come-back-by-yourself service. I am a 40-year veteran of auto repairs; and I'm here to declare that my experiences with Premo were horrible. In good faith, I had to make a few attempts to be certain that my assessment was incorrect; but I was spot-on! They are exceedingly dishonest. They undercut supplies and commensurate quality. If the owner, George, would only muster the courage to fire his son, Anthony,--who runs the office--they would stand a chance at improving their reputation because he is a veritable sleaze bag.
Run away from this company. It took them weeks to finish my car, because it was done wrong. Then I ended up paying for the car rental car, because the insurance company said it was my fault for picking them and to collect the money from premo. Premo would never return my calls and was rarely there to talk with. Stay clear of doing business with this company...unprofessional and work not done well.
Excellent prompt service, staff is courteous and friendly, and the repairs were much less than3 other repair shops my Insurance Company recommended on their approved list. The other shops told me it would take 7-10 days to complete the job, but it only took Premo Auto body 4 days, and all work made my 2002 Toyota Camry with over 150,000 miles look like new. I just picked my car up from Premo auto and my car looks better than before! First and foremost I'm not the type to write a vehicle review! But this is truly a place I would refer and recommend to everyone everywhere too use everytime! Service, Quality ,quick to the point ,very knowledgeable staff also very friendly and let me view my car whenever I liked unlike most shops they had nothing to hide! THX again I am tickled pink!
I Was told about premo by my boyfriend who has used premo before! what an awesome shop from top to bottom they are really really good! the work came out flawless! Had been told this shop was the new shop to go to in town. I dont think I share the same opinion! Shop is located in a bad part of town or at least to me it scared me. I walked in for an estimate and was met by a young lady who was nice, but told me there was nobody there to do an estimate and wanted me to come back later in the afternoon. Well I never came back so I dont have any opinion on the type of work they do. Shop does not get a grade.
