The inspector was thorough, on time, and provided detailed explanations. They sent a thorough report with pictures after inspecting the chimney cap, brickwork, liner, and flue. Excellent experience using Columbus Chimcare Services. Kevin was meticulous, cleaning the woodstove, fixing problems, and carefully examining the chimney. To make sure everything was secure, he also inspected the gas fireplace. Professional and thorough maintenance services were provided. I immediately observed an increase in efficiency and safety.
