The staff were not accommodating at all. They even refused to accept my first coupon for the free oil change, saying that it had already expired because it was already 1 month and 5 days old. They also said that the instructions stated on the coupon were not being followed. Very disappointing experience, especially since this was supposed to be a free first service. I hope management can look into this matter and clarify the terms and conditions of the coupon.
