Update They referred a place for me to pay and replace the back windshield and they will redo the tint. Hopefully all goes well although this is extra money I wasn't planning on spending. Original They replaced the tint on two cars and so far on one the rear defroster was damaged and doesn't work at all. I've sent a message asking for the window to be replaced to have the defroster work properly which means the window will have to be retinted. I'm waiting on the reply.
