I don’t normally put bad reviews but in this case I have to warn others. I ordered the Kolbe windows from this place and I brought the salesman all the drawings to my new home. On the drawing clearly was shown that the house has 2x6 frame and the windows should have been ordered that way. The windows arrived after 8 months and they were for 2x4 framing. Initial contact was helpful and responsive. Installation of our $20,000 12' La Cantina folding door included large, medium, and small dents and scratches. See photos. The dents forced us to redo the trim/molding plan for the room as the trim had to now COVER all the dents. PWD refunded us $1000 in trade for not having to come out and replace the dented track which is a lot of effort for them, and would have stalled our project 4+ weeks as siding could not be installed, etc. The first installation resulted in a folding door t... read more
