Everything about this place is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and professional, the doctor is one of the best I’ve interacted with in Canada! I make the trip from Toronto and it’s worth every mile Dr Youssef’s care is exceptional.
Wouldn't book here. After waiting months to get a call back from a referral finally get an appointment in 2 months time. Go to the appointment get told it was the week before. No call about the changed appointment or reminder (like they say they do call day before). They claim that was the original appointment and they called the day before. No missed calls or voicemail for that week or from unlisted numbers. Even with a recorded call when booking the appointment they still want to lie probably because they are over booked. ... read more
Just had my cataracts lenses replaced with Symphony's and Dr Terek Youssefs team were all great heading up to this event. Dr. Youssef helped me make an educated decision and never pressured me to upgrade my choices of lenses or services laser or manually replaced. He is an excellent surgeon and I opted for him to do it by knife. Saved enough money that I could afford top line lenses and man the world is better in HD and only 48 hrs later . Thanks team!
