Dr.Hefter was amazing! We have had him at our home twice once for a check and the last time was to help us put our Molly girl down when that time came, he and his nurse were extremely professional and kind... he explained every step he was going to do and what it was going to do to our girl, she was able to pass with the dignity she deserved after the 15 years she devoted to us! I would recommend him and his staff a thousand percent!

I called them twice about my cat. The first time they never responded, the next day I called again, and it took them three hours to say they didn’t do weekends. my cat is now dead.

I want to thank Hallie and her team of professionals for being there for my uncle’s dog, Bruno. They were on time and very helpful with the process. Although Bruno was old and had many ailments due to his old age, Hallie and her team made him comfortable and comforted us during the process. I highly recommend this company and trust them with the process. Thank Hallie and doctor that attended Bruno. My family and I truly appreciate you.
