I met one of the owners and liked him so much that I chose RT Tires when I had a leaking tire. What a handsome tire shop with really great customer service. Support your locally owned business when you can!!!
I visited this shop today with my child, and I had a very uncomfortable experience. There was an employee named Dustin whose behavior raised serious concerns for me as a parent. I felt that his actions and overall demeanor were inappropriate and made me uneasy, especially around my child. Had a great experience with RT Tires. They got the job done quickly and did really solid work. The team was friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They have a great selection of all different types of tires. Definitely recommend coming here if you need tires.
My wife recently went to RT Tires in Pacheco, CA and had a very disturbing experience. An employee named Dustin asked her to walk through the aisles of tires to check her tires. The area was dark and poorly lit. While she was there, he came up from behind pretending to move a tire and inappropriately touched her.
