Erica is so friendly and thorough. We live in an old house (100+ years) with a lot of cypress trees, and we had some serious pests prior to her service. She's been our technician for a couple years now, and she's been wonderful since day one. She always calls with a heads up that she's close, is super detailed oriented, and is just generally friendly to chat with. I also appreciate Eden. She's also very detail-oriented and friendly. I'm appreciate the trustworthiness of these women and highly recommend them :-)

We had an excellent experience with Erica Fuentes from Premium Termite and Pest Control! Erica was incredibly polite, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. I've used these services on two occasions. Both times, the tech sent to our home was very knowledgeable, and more importantly, very thorough. On this most recent visit, Carter did a great job of listening to all my concerns, reviewing the property for issue spots (known by me and unknown), working quickly but thoroughly, and updating me of the progress. I am very satisfied with these services and will absolutely return as a happy customer.
