We’ve been with premium pest control for a while now, and we absolutely love them! Their scheduling team is responsive via text and always works with our schedule. Derick has been with us a few times now, and he is always great. He’s very punctual, communicative, and takes his time to be sure he’s covered every area. He’s also incredibly understanding of crazy and barking dogs We highly recommend!
We had a persistent ant problem at our house and tried all of the spot treatments we could think of….sprays inside and out, traps, sprinkled granules…but couldn’t stop them. We just kept pushing them to different areas. We called Premium Termite and Pest Control and they sent Erica. This didn’t seem like “just a job” to her…she took it on! I started using Premium Pest Control’s service about 8 months ago and I’ve been very happy with the results. Our former service provider had gotten too big and impersonal and treatments were becoming inconsistent. I didn’t feel listened to and as a result the pest problems seemed to be getting worse.
