The facility is secure and it was easy to rent a unit; however there were three things that caused me to give a low rating. First, Jenny, the manager, warned me that they have a mouse infestation and stated that I should put mouse/rat bait in my unit to deter rodents from getting into my belongings. Second, I secured a unit 10 days prior to the end of the month and paid a pro-rated fee for those 10 days; however, I vacated the unit 10 days prior to the following month but was NOT given a pro-rated refund for the days I did n... read more
Friendly service great prices and secure units
Jenny is very friendly and the service is awesome the prices are unbeatable
My experience with premium storage is excellent. Especially the property manager , Jenny, is a wonderful, caring individual that takes her position very seriously and cares for the attendants and their belonging. She goes above and beyond her call of duty to those in need in anyway possible. I wished we had more of her around the world. You can truly tell her heart is in it, and for our best wishes. JENNY YOU ROCK. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU BEING THERE FOR US!
