Premium storage is a good and clean storage facility and Jenny in the office is super helpful and attentive 🫶🫶
I needed a bigger unit that they didn’t have available at the time. They worked with me & gave me 2 smaller units for a reasonable price. Miss Jenny is always very nice & willing to work with you as best she can. Thank ya’ll.
Premium storage offers great startup prices , Clean facility, lower prices compared to competitors. Jenny , the office manager is great. Premium storage is willing to work with their customers as long as you keep in touch with them. Overall, I think they’re great.

I live in Dallas,but rent a storage there for my grandmother who is in a nursing home in Malakoff,Texas. The prices at Premium Storage are reasonable and way cheaper then they would be in Dallas. Since renting there,Jenny has been a huge help with answering my questions and helping me through the whole process! If I could give ten stars I would. Premium storage is a great place and is a very clean storage place.
